Designed for the fastest lines and the biggest terrain, the Hardline Carbon Mips® is Smith’s most advanced downhill mountain bike helmet. Built with a full carbon weave shell, it delivers elite-level protection at a remarkably lightweight feel, making it ideal for riders pushing limits in bike parks, downhill racing, and aggressive enduro terrain.

Inside the helmet, complete KOROYD® coverage works alongside the Mips® Safety System to absorb impact energy and help reduce rotational forces during angled crashes. A Smith-designed collarbone impact protection zone at the base of the helmet helps disperse force during a crash, reducing the risk of helmet-to-collarbone contact.

The Hardline Carbon is engineered for comfort and integration with goggles, featuring Smith’s AirEvac ventilation system to help prevent fogging and maintain airflow. Multiple cheek pads, crown liners, and neck rolls allow riders to dial in a precise fit, while the adjustable breakaway visor can be positioned for under-visor POV camera mounting.
