The Maxilla Breakaway System is a modular chin bar designed to add race-ready face protection to select POC helmets without committing to a permanent full-face setup. It attaches easily and integrates cleanly with compatible models, giving you flexibility based on how and where you’re skiing.
What makes it stand out is the adjustable breakaway function, allowing the chin bar to release at varying impact levels to help reduce force to the face and neck in a crash. You can also lock it in place for a more fixed feel, giving you control over how your setup performs when things get rowdy.
