Do your retail stores carry the same products and inventory as the online store?

No. Our retail locations have additional products beyond what is currently offered within the online store.

How quickly are orders shipped?

If your order was completed before 1pm MST, the order will be sent out the same day business day. If it was purchased after 1pm MST, your order will be sent out first thing the following business day.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes your tracking number.

Can I purchase online and pickup in-store?

If you live in the greater Denver Colorado area, we offer in-store pickup at our Frisco Outlet, located at 751 10 Mile Drive, Frisco, CO 80443. All available products offer the option to pickup items in Frisco on each product page.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We offer exchanges and returns on all purchases - details can be viewed on our policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States.
