E-Commerce Manager

Role: E-Commerce Manager (Shopify, Amazon & Social Commerce)
Location: Remote Hybrid – Colorado HQ
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary plus revenue share based on the growth and success of this role’s outcomes

Who we're looking for:

This isn’t a “keep the website updated” job—it’s a build and scale the digital arm of the business role. We’re looking for a high-caliber e-commerce professional who can see the big picture, roll up their sleeves, and get us from a strong local brand to an exceptional online presence. Think: “the Zappos of the helmet world.” That’s our aim. 

You’ve run various e-commerce channels end-to-end, owning and growing online businesses across Shopify, Amazon, and social commerce channels like Meta Shops and TikTok Shop. You’ve turned underperforming product pages into revenue engines. You know how to drive traffic, convert customers, and keep them coming back, overseeing the day-to-day operations and growth of these channels with a clear focus on revenue growth, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition. You understand the balance between creative presentation and rigorous data-driven optimization, and you’re motivated (even nerdy excited) by the idea of building something that leaves a legacy.

What you'll own:

This is your domain to grow, refine, and scale:

Shopify Website Management & Growth
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront 

  • Manage product listings, inventory syncing, SEO best practices, tagging, descriptions, images, and collections

  • Optimize website performance, user experience (UX/UI), mobile responsiveness, site speed, and conversion rate

  • Implement CRO strategies and A/B tests to improve performance and drive revenue

  • Manage Shopify themes and edit front-end code (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to reduce reliance on external development resources

  • Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to ensure fulfillment and inventory accuracy

Amazon Channel Oversight
  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, keyword optimization, pricing strategies, A+ content, and compliance

  • Forecast inventory needs for FBA and FBM channels and coordinate with the warehouse team

  • Develop and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns and optimize for ACOS and TACOS targets

  • Monitor account health, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies for Buy Box retention

  • Track metrics (revenue, conversion rates, organic ranking, profitability) and implement growth strategies

Social Commerce & Emerging Channels
  • Manage social commerce integrations, including TikTok Shop, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Shops, and other marketplaces that integrate with Shopify

  • Oversee product catalog syncing, content optimization, and campaign performance on social commerce platforms

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer, social, and affiliate programs with e-commerce goals

Data and Conversion Strategy
  • Track and report on KPIs, including revenue, CAC, AOV, ROAS, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and LTV

  • Partner with the marketing team to align paid media, SEO, email, influencer campaigns, and promotions with e-commerce initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for upsells, bundles, subscriptions, and loyalty programs

  • Collaborate on content development for product pages, educational blog content, and brand storytelling


You might be a fit if...


  • 5+ years running e-commerce at a high level, with Shopify and Amazon as core platforms

  • Proven track record scaling online sales to seven figures+ annually

  • Advanced Shopify expertise, including theme customization, Liquid coding, and app integrations

  • Hands-on experience managing large, seasonal, or category-diverse inventories (1,000+ SKUs)

  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central (FBA, FBM, SEO, advertising campaign management) and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.

  • Strong understanding of social commerce platforms (Meta Shops, TikTok Shop) and how to drive sales through them

  • Proficient with analytics platforms (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon dashboards) and data-driven optimization

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and proactive in identifying opportunities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Brings energy, collaboration, and a willingness to have fun

Bonus points: 

  • Outdoor industry or retail experience and a love for skiing, riding, or cycling
