How to Measure
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your head — typically about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape level around the back of your head. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down or choosing a helmet with an adjustment system.

What makes the FS different from the regular Ledge Mips?
The standard Ledge Mips uses the Auto Loc 2 self-adjusting system (no dial). The Ledge FS Mips swaps in In Form™, Giro’s dial-adjust system, for a more on-the-fly, personalized fit—plus the same Mips, hard-shell build, and venting package.
