The Fox Speedframe is a performance-focused, open face mountain bike helmet designed for aggressive trail riding. It pairs Fox’s iconic, sharp design DNA with essential trail safety and modern features.
Key Features & Specifications
- Safety & Impact Protection: Comes equipped with the MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) Evolve Core slip-liner. This layer is designed to move slightly during an impact, reducing damaging rotational forces transferred to the brain.
- Ventilation: Features optimized venting with channeled, in-molded Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) to keep you cool and manage airflow on grueling climbs and hot trail runs.
- Fit System: Utilizes a 360-degree dial-based fit system. It offers four points of adjustment in the back cradle, allowing you to move the unit up or down your head for a perfectly dialed, custom feel.
- Visor & Goggle Compatibility: Includes a 3-position adjustable visor that is both goggle and sunglasses-compatible. It has detents that lock the visor securely, with a plastic center screw intended to break away in the event of a hard crash.
- Eyewear Storage: Features a dedicated sunglass storage solution built right into the helmet shell, letting you easily tuck away your riding glasses when the trail gets dark or foggy.
- Liner: Equipped with a removable, washable moisture-wicking comfort liner to keep the interior fresh and sweat-free.
